Implementing Growth is not that easy, as it seams to be. For every company, startup whatever there are different goals to achieve. But the idea behind „Growth Management“ is, to set Growth Hacking as number one company goal. Easy? No.
You should start with the question? Which is my one and only KPI? Dollars? Users? Satisfied users? Best Attrition rates? High number of Head counts? Etc etc…At least there must be just one goal, one KPI all your employess should e focussed on. For instance: „Get more than 25.000.000 $ Revenue“ or „Get more than 20.000 new registrations.“ etc. etc.
